The boys turn three years old!

Today was our boys 3rd Birthday, and one can't help but think about all that we've experienced with them over the past 3 years with them on a day like this. And realize how fast they are growing, and how much we wish they'd stay young forever. From their early birth and time in the NICU, to today when they've turned three. What a amazing Blessing we have to be their parents and raise them. They bring such happiness and Joy to both of us. So we decided to take them on their first trip to Chuck E Cheese yesterday for a birthday lunch. they loved it! it was fun to play the games with them and see them so excited to get tickets out of the machines. Aaaahhh, whats a birthday without PRESENTS! And we had alot of those! Hey, we can spoil them for at least one day right!

So we wanted to make a cake for each of them so that they felt like they had something of their own on their birthday. And Tayson is into electronic stuff, cell phones, tv controllers, keychains, anything with buttons, and yes, Ipod's.

Loggan is in LOVE with Thomas the Tank Engine, He freaked out when he saw his Thomas cake.

And Benson loves Cars, and Mater was what he wanted! Not a bad job I'd say!

The boys opening their new Cars backpacks from Grandma, each one had a cool Cars motorized car inside of it.

Loggan wanted Thomas stuff for his birthday, so we found track and cars at Ikea, and got him a few real Thomas cars from Toys-R-Us. The boys honestly played with this for 2 hours straight until it was time to have some cake.

"Happy Birthday to you....Happy birthday to you....."

This photo of Benson is all-time, when he gets excited about something, he'll cross his two fingers. We didn't notice we'd gotten a photo of him doing that until we were reviewing them tonight after they went to bed. This is the type of photo, that if your having a bad day or something, you could look at this photo of him, and it would just warm your heart and make everything better. He has that power to do that to us both. We love our boys.
